After I create a sketch with rectangle tool,if I pull any of the edges, they get separated. I turned on, tools-options-relations/snaps-automatic relations-checked. I have all the options checked here. Still the lines can be moved independently. o.k. I pull one of the lines, select an end point and shift select another end point from a different edge in the broken rectangle and merge them to get the original rectangle again. Now if I pull the merged line, it comes off and separetes. Is it right for a merged set of lines separate ? I use SW2007, SP3.0. I did not have this problem for a long time, I guess some settings have changed in my computer that I could not figureout.
