hi Dear

Kindly suggest to me a construction code for the Water pipeline project. we have to start sleeve welding at a road crossing
Here Pipeline is RTR piping but the sleeve is CS then which code is need refer for the welding of sleeve

You do not come on here and ask us what construction code you should be using - sorry mate but that is ridiculous.
Who are you working for ?
They are the people you should be asking.

It's not a pressure containing part, so you could either choose a structural welding specification / code or look up an AWWA water pipeline code.

Welding codes for hydrocarbon pipes are too complex for your use.

AWWA C206 looks like the best /I can see.
