The construction of the building is subdivided into 2 zones as show in the image.
What is the specific construction methodology term is this where the contract plans to construct zone 1 first and then followed by zone 2 later on. I would like to de more research also on this type of construction methodology.

If the beam is a post tensioned beam continuous all throughout what are the specific things to consider?
I would like to ask some references if you know any regarding this type of construction and if there is any
