Construction of Foundation beside retaing wall and through existing pipes

Hi,

I need to give solution for Plant engineering, where without trial pit , they excavated the foundation and saw 2 pipes as well retaining wall founation is shallow with 10m expansion joint.

How can we safely construct the pipe support foundation without disturbing the retaining wall and pipes.
