Construction template boxes for block walls

Hi All,

As an EE in Thailand, (I am an American)I have to be involved in all aspects of a job.

I am having a problem keeping the plastic boxes we install in cement and block walls straight and level, because the cement people move and knock them all over and when the wall is rendered we are stuck with a mess. I am looking for something that we can use as a blank, or fixture that will not move when the "cement clowns" attack the cement block wall.

I need help in locating the fixture and where I can order them .
It is difficult to take pride in your work when the wiring devices are asque and not level.

Any help or advice in this area will be greatly apperciated.
