Consultant and design pump office required ?

Hello , every one and good morning.
One year ago ,I was employed in a company which is specialized in producing ( casting , machining , assembly ) a sewage water pump with a variant sizes reach to 500 l/sec and 60 m head.
we have an old contract with a Serbian pump design office which sold us a technical drawings for money..,and now our local market need the following pumps with thousands ( deep well pump , splite casing pump , submersible pump )
Unfortunately, the Serbian design office closed and nolonger work .
So . If any one know a perfect consultant or design office (s) specialized in the pumps types mentioned a bove....please tell me....thanks for every one .
American , British , german offices is preferred .
Indian, Chinese ones not preferred

I need to buy a design including pattern drawings , parts drawings , assembly drawings and then doing casting and machining assembly process inside my factory.
