Consulting Engineering Firms

Hello,
I am currently working on a design that is a fuel distribution system that supplies fuel to several test cells (1" Pipe Size). Would anyone know of an engineering firm that could assist in drawing approval in California? We are located in Canada and we want to be able to get the drawings approved locally?

Jacobs Engineering is in both Canada and California. They could probably provide PE services.

It is not very likely a company that big is going to have any interest in getting a few drawings approved. It would cost them more in setting up the account than they would make on the job.
