Dear All,
I am new to this forum. I have a question about user subroutines. I am trying to change the way contact is defined in ADAMS View. There are two subroutine functions provided in the solver directory of ADAMS Cnfsub.c (for normal force) and Cffsub.c (for lateral force)
I have got the normal force subroutine to work, but the lateral force subroutine template provides only the FX (i.e. *(force+0) in the program) hence when used in the model does not calculate the friction torque as it does when the coulomb friction model is used.
Can someone throw some light on this?
Thanks in advance
