Hi,
I have a surface-to-surface contact tie between two bodies. Body 1 has a "coarse" mesh (and will define the master surface) and body 2 has a fine one (slave surface). All master nodes have the same coordinates as some slave nodes.
My problem is that when I look at the contact pressure (CPRESS), this one is different for master/slave node pairs while those nodes are coincident. Is it a problem in the mesh or is there any mathematical explanation?
Moreover, I could I see the direction of the pressure?
I hope that you could help me.
Thank you for response.
Sincerely
