contaminant from improper cleaning of injection machine

Hello,
Could you tell me what is the influence of the contaminant PELD or PEHD (about 1%)in PBT, PET or PA parts.
The source of contamination --> improper cleaning of injection machine.
The mechanical properties are severely affected?
Generally small percents of contaminant from injection machine can create the problems?

Mechanical properties will be severely affected as there will be laminates in the moulded parts. Probably with poor surface finish.
Suggest you implement a clean down regime as soon as. Proprietary purging compounds work well. They look expensive but save much heartache.
