Content Center/Vault (no read/write library available)???

I've got Inventor Vault setup locally and I have an ipart (helical insert) I want to add to the content center but Vault says I do not have a read/write Library configured. Also before Vault was installed I did have custom libraries configured and although in the Vault Console they show up there is nothing in them. What do I need to look for to get this working the right way? I'm not even sure where I'm at or what I'm looking for with this. Any help would be appriciated.

You might need to add your custom libraries to your current project file (in the Projects window in the lower right). Also did you set up for editable libraries to be stored in Vault or as Desktop Content?
