continuous fertilizer coater

i have been task with designing a continuous fertilizer machine. its kind of a rotary drum with sprayer in the middle of it, its capacity is for 300 kg/hr and the coater is using two liquid, lets say A and B, the reaction time for their reaction to stabilized is about 10 minutes. the spraying area is divide into two, so A will be sprayed first after that B will be sprayed. how do i calculate residence time of the material need to stay inside the drum until it's finished?
