Contour Plotting

I am doing a thermal analysis in ANSYS and am wondering about contour plotting. When using the surface operations in general postprocessing is there any way to cut the surfaces that you create? Right now I am creating surfaces on the cutting plane but the planes extend past what I am interested in and I would like to get rid of the excess plotting. More specifically, I have modeled a fireplace and the air surrounding it (roughly the size of a 10'x10' room) and would like to see the temperature distributions on all the surfaces just outside of the fireplace. I have created all the surfaces I want by moving the working plane around and the creating the surfaces in surface operations, now I want to get rid of the plots of the air away from the fireplace. The excess surfaces make it hard to see everything and I would like to have a nice view of the fireplace that can be seen dynamically, i.e. moved around.

You can either unselect the stuff you don't want and plot. Or, you may want to create a clice via the following method and plot:

KWPA,,,,, ! Or another command to position the working plane
/CPL,1
/TYPE,,5
PLNS,,,, ! Plot results
