We are working on the contract documents for a small warehouse and plan on using infrared tube heaters. Just wondering if anyone has a good specification that they would be willing to share.

Thanks

Most manufacturers will have procurement specification templates for their products. If you really want an impartial spec., get them from several suppliers and edit them together. But then you will get the cheapest product, which may not be the best.

Like Compesitepro said, start out with what the manufacturer you use as basis of design and edit that based on your needs. Make sure you include the options you want in the specs and coordinate them with he schedule on the plans.

What options of brands you want depends on your local availability, the owners needs etc. Someone in Finland has different specs than someone in the US. Someone keeping the building for one more year has different quality needs than someone who needs them for 25 years.
