Control of Marine Growth in Sea Water Cooling Process

Hello,

Can anyone offer any advice on methods of controlling marine growth for a sea water cooling system in the arabian gulf?

I have reference of other projects in the region using hypochlorite injection systems. Can anyone provide the names of companies (with presence in the gulf region) who can supply an injection system as a skid mounted package?
