Controlled throttling of 500-1000 psi H2O2

Hello everyone,
What is the best way to manually control h202 under a pressure of 500 psi? This means "hand throttling" for example, using a motorcycle throttle (spring loaded) to control the flow of H2O2 through a valve? Does anyone know of a valve that could be used in this manner? Is there a valve that can do this? I appreciate any comments. Thanks.

Seriously, this is dangerous stuff to f*** around with. Are you really talking about mounting a H202 bottle to a motorbike? Peroxide, in concentrated form, will begin an uncontrolled decomposition reaction (i.e. explode) at the drop of a hat. Be safe, switch to hydrazine. Or black powder. At least they are well understood dangers.

If this is for a chemical plant or similar, post in the chemical engineers' fora (forums? fori?) for some really cogent information.

Ok guys... the positive support is overwhelming... really... We are not talking nuclear power here... Just H2O2...

With regards to the size of the valve... that's a good question...

I can tell you what characteristics the valve should have: 1. It is desirable to attain 75% thrust at 35% of the initial storke. The last 65% of the stroke should be reserved for the final 75%-100% thrust. 2. The valve must be H2O2 compatiable, seal and rings and all. 3. Positive shutoff at the end of the stroke, and 4. low breakout and running friction to allow smooth throttling action. 5. The valve should be of a plunger, spool and body type.

Any ideas... I would appreciate them greatly.
