controlling a turbine alternator in digsilent

Using Powerfactory simulation software,I wish to model a turbine alternator in order to control the amount of excess active and reactive power it exports to the supply authority grid after meeting the requirements of the local load. Is the only way to do this to set the Active power and power factor for dispatch under the load flow tab in the Synchronous machine model? Or can I add controls to the model?

This can be done easily but is probably a good question for DIgSILENT support because the response could be supported by some screen shots.
