Convergence Error P-delta analysis in Etabs. Beams offset from column CG with rigid link

Hi, I have modeled beams that are supported on columns with offset from CG of the column section. I have connected the beams with rigid link to the C.G of the column.

When I tried to run it showed the following error please help me to solve the problem.

The structure is G+2 residential building with only static analysis.
