Hello to everybody,

I have been using ANSYS 10 on W2000 system until last week but my company has migrated all systems to XP.
I have detected that, on XP, the convergence graphic showed during the simulation does not appear. Only a black screen is showed.

Does anybody know something about this issue?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,
yes, I also had this problem but in my case it also happened with w2000. Try, if you don't see other drawback in doing so, to shift from "W32" graphic device in Ansys to "W32c" or to "3D", or the opposite. Also check that you don't have "delayed redraw" or however it is called...

Hope this helps in some way...

Regards

Hi,
sorry, it's the "IMMED" command, but I got confused, this setting is only valid in PREP7, so it won't affect anything for your problem...
