I have a material that is soft plastic with the isotropic hardening curve:

I analyze it under large deformation trying both quadratic and linear elements .the linear didi not work at all . For the quadratic the job moves two steps but in the third it reaches to a point where the time increment becomes 1E-08 and then aborted giving the message
“ 8 negative eigenvalues , Excessive distortion of 176 integration points” .
Any modeling recommendation on how treating this issue
