Conversion NASTRAN to ABAQUS

Hello everyone,

I am trying to perform a simple frequency response analysis using ABAQUS - using a 2-DOF model
Here is the NASTRAN inputdeck:

Does anybody know how to set the dynamical force? how to request the FR-solution until 20 Hz?
