AC Power being fed to Rectifier.
Rectifier feed to DC Loads.
I have the amperage of DC loads, How do I convert this in to AC Incoming amperes at the rectifier?

DC clamp meters work on the principle of the Hall Effect. Hall effect sensors sense the magnetic field caused by current flow which causes a small voltage across the Hall effect sensor. That voltage, which is proportional to current is then amplified and measured.

Figure out the load in Watts then calculate the AC current to feed that load. Account for losses in the rectifier.

AC RMS Amps will be approximately equal to DC amps out after filtering. No telling how your meter will display the effect of harmonics on the AC or DC sides of the rectifier. Most of the losses show up as voltage drop.
However you need to know more to make a good rectifier selection. It is somewhat application specific.
