Conversion

I am not familiar with flowmeters and Heat Exchangers testing, but I need help. Our Flowmeter on the Test Stand reads SCFM units, the Heat Exchanger testing procedures requires the units to be in ppm. How can I convert SCFM to ppm?

there is no such conversion. One is a unit of velocity the other concentration.

Flow meters measure volumetric flow rates (i.e., SCF/minute, cubic meters/minute, liters/minute, etc.) or mass flow rates (i.e., pounds /hour, kg/minute, tons/day, etc.).

I don't understand why any "Heat Exchanger testing procedure" would be concerned with ppm (which is unit of concentration). What "Heat Echanger test procedure"? Testing for what?

Please furnish more details.

dcasto* and mbeychok are correct - assuming that ppm, as written in your procedure does in fact mean parts per million.

However, ppm could also be "Pounds Per Minute". In which case your conversion factor is the density of the test liquid.

*Actually SCFM is a unit of volumetric flow, not velocity.
