Convert AutoCAD 3D Wireframe file to .stl file

Does any one over there know how can I convert a 3D wireframe file created
by AutoCAD LT to a (*.stl) file format? Can any 3D modelers such as
SolidWork, Solid Edge, etc. do this work?
