Hi,

Autodesk product support has a listing of raster conversion programs (see below). You could also try to "plot to jpg" if you have a raster file which is big enough and not to complicated (Not LT). If you have an LT, feel free to send me the file and I will try to help.

hijaak pro 5.0. Reads and converts about 80-85 different formats including dwg.

Wintopo is a freeware (or shareware, can't remember) vector to raster converter that is pretty good. Do a search for wintopo.
