Does anybody know an easy method to convert all lines to polylines. I have tried various methods (LSPs I found on the net) but they only do one at a time.

Cheers. Sean.

Sean,

"_pedit"
or "_mpedit" from the Express Tools

Mpedit seems like the right answer but it only converts the first of the objects selected - rather odd seeing as this is what the function is designed for - am I doing something wrong?

mpedit, select the objects, answer yes to convert to polylines and return - its when I write yes or y it says invalid option keyword - even though that is the default.

Cheers. Sean.

Sean,

you are riding ACAD 2006?
I have tested it with 2004:
"_pedit" -> "more objects" -> select the lines -> <enter> -> <enter>

I was doing it wrong - forgot to tell it to treat multiple lines (thats the problems with having the command line hidden and using dynamic input - you dont get all the possibilities shown to you in the dynamic version).

Problem solved. Thanks.

Cheers. Sean.
