convert NX part to (*.dwg) give me a non smooth boddy with low resolution

hi every one,
I drew a cylinder using NX9 and when i exported it as (*.dwg/dxf), it gave me a non smooth body consist of alot of faces and surfaces.
so , what should i do to obtain a smooth body?

You probably exported the arcs as polylines.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
 
Also make sure you have the model fully loaded. (Use lightweight representations off when loading part/assembly)
 
The dxf/dwg format is generally used for 2D geometry. I know the formats "support" 3D geometry, but the few times I have tried it the results were - less than optimal. If you need to export 3D geometry to a format for use on another CAD system, see if the other system can import (in order of preference) a parasolid, STEP, or IGES file (it usually can import at least one of these file types).

NX cannot export "good" geometry to DXF/DWG. It either becomes " a million" separate faces or Facets. -Forget this format for exporting 3D Models from NX!
Newer versions of Autocad can Read NX partfiles native, AND JT files with "BREP". Both give perfect results in AutoCad.
