Convert to .DXF from eDrawings?

Is it possible for someone with only eDrawings to convert a SW drawing to .DXF?

This goes outside of only having access to eDrawings, but the drawing could be converted to a PDF using one of the many PDF printers and then Adobe Illustrator could convert the PDF to a DXF. I do not know how usable the result would be.
