Converting V5 version 17 Files to Version 16

I am having trouble converting version 17 files to version 16. I used utilities function. Everything was fine.
When I attempted to open parts I saw error " cannot open document due to data storage initialization".
Please help soon.

Are you using R16 to open the file.
