Hi I am modelling conveyor belt indentation where the idler rotates and then I move it up into the belt. This deforms the belt where it hits which is fine, but in the next step where the belt moves while the idler stays where it is spinning, even though the idler is still contacting the belt no deformation of the belt is shown. Where it originally impacted stays deformed as the belt moves away, but no new deformations occur. The deformation should be pretty constant as the belt moves past the idler. The contact interaction is applied through all steps but no luck?

Thanks
