cooling COP per annum

Hello All,
Could you please help me with some callculation
I know that COP = cooling effect / power input to operate the system
However, It is not quite clear how to come up with COP per annum
Info I have: Cooling PK[kW] = 1.120
Utilisation[%]= 80
Duration[h/a]=800
Cool[MWh/a]=717
How to accomodate in the equasion Utilisation and Duration to come up with annual COP.

It's not clear because it can't (or really shouldn't) be attempted.

COP is defined as a steady-state performance coefficient.

Perhaps you are looking for SEER - Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio

COP is unitless, just like efficiency which is also unitless.
