Cooling tower energy consumption

We are in the process of assessing the impact of a hydraulic system we designed for our customer. One of it's benefits is greatly decreased oil heating. Therefore, cooling load is reduced. Can anyone direct me to standard (or typical) energy consumption rates for chillers and cooling towers, especially cooling towers? The system uses an evaporative cooling tower and chiller to cool process water. I would love a typical kw/ton value for such systems.
