Cooling tower pipework 1

I have some large cooling tower currently being installed....4000kW of cooling

Would you typically have expansion bellows on the pipework in/out of the towers..? 200dia, 400 dai typically

No. If they are FRP Towers, you need to support the piping in such a way that the load will not damage the tower.

 
If the towers sit on spring vibration isolators,you need to do a flexibility analysis of pipe work and make sure it can take the tower movement.The easy way out is using a flexible connection !
