Copper Braided Wire for Anti Static System for Aluminium IFR

Can we use 25 mm copper braided wire for Anti-static for aluminium internal floating roof?

As for Aluminium IFRs, industry practise is to provide 3mm SS cables for maintaining continuity, which is connected to the cone roof at one end and the top side of Al.IFR at the other end.

Some companies making combine anti-rotation and earthing system. SS cables using for anti-rotation. Copper for earthing. Also, you can use ss spring for earthing. Of course, copper will be better.
