Copy problem

I need to be able to insert my drawing into a customer tittle block, and not allow my drawing to be edited by the customer. I cannot insert a pdf of my drawing becuse the background will be white on the pdf and the customer specified that they did not approve of this. I have tried to insert a jpg, and the text does not come through clear, I have tried an unexplodable block, and the block still explodes, any Ideas? I am on A-cad 09.

Have you looked into DWF files? I have not useed them but take a look at the link to AUGI's website.
