Stupid question. can I copy a section? I need to make an additional section a-a for a paint, chem film and anodizing processing and do not want in the original sec a-a where the dimensions are going to be.

Thanks,

Not that I know of.

Are you wanting to do this on the same sheet as the parent and original section view?

One workaround;
Copy the parent view and use the same section line to create a new section view, and then either hide the parent view or move it outside the sheet area.

CBL, the workaround will work just fine. Yes, it's on the same sheet.

Thanks amigo!
