Greetings from Montreal:

We need to copy spreadsheets (values and/or formulas) from an existing sheet to a blank sheet including column width / row heights. Paste special doesn't retain this info. Any other ways?

try copying the entire sheet to another workbook and not just the used range?
try paste special and select the format option? worked for me using xl 2000.
what version of xl is being used?
i believe that versions 2000 or recent have the capability to paste column widths - yes, now confirmed!

As pmover said, you can copy the entire sheet. Not by clicking the upper left corner to select the entire sheet to copy, but by right clicking the sheet tab, selecting move/copy, check the copy check box, and then select where you want it to go. You should be able to move it anywhere in the current workbook, another open workbook, or to a new workbook.
