IBC 2015: Cornice - A projecting horizontal molded element located at or near the top of an architectural feature

Anyone have an opinion on live load for a roof level eyebrow/overhang framed with cantilevered steel and cold formed infill framing that projects say 5ft? It's certainly not 'molded.'

Ive gone back and forth on the live load requirements for this in my career, whether its 60 psf cornice live load or snow/roof live load.

Similar situation in my zone . In this case EC-1 suggests qk =( max) 1.0 kN/m2 UDL and Qk = 1,0kN concentrated .

I would use 20 psf Uniform and add concentrated ( All roof surfaces subject to maintenance workers ) 300 lb.

Use it up, wear it out;
Make it do, or do without.
