Coronary stent: How to model it in Femap Nastran?

Can I model it using line element, beam element, or plate element?

So this is my final year project. I have to do analysis on the load distribution of the coronary stent. I need to make sure which element will give the most accurate result.

If I import the CAD model from Solidworks, which element is that?
