Corrosion - ABS plastics plated part.

Hi,

A plastics frame plated with copper and nickel for use in the electronics devices assembly line inside a cleanroom class 100 environment, why it is showing corrosion ?

a) clean room relative humidity is at 40%.
b) operators using IPA and Acetone for cleaning off solder flux after assembled PCB on the plastics frame.
c) vinyl gloves wore is changed twice a day.

What type of tests is best to perform for plastics corrosion test, at accerated pace ?

Please give detailed description of the corrosion and corrosion products.
Is it the Cu, Ni, or plastic that is corroding?

What is the plastic?

What is the flux? Check the MSDS. Maybe an acid salt.
