is the 1/8" corrosion allowance for pressure tanks standard or where can i find how to calculate?

Recommended for you

Yes, 1/8" is standard for all tanks, pressurized or not, regardless of material of construction, product contained, operating temperature, and desired useful life. Unless the tank is painted purple. Then you can drop the corrosion allowance to 1/10".
