The subject materials(SA193 B7bolts, B148C95800 Al Bronze casting) intended for valve for seawater service. The galvanised nuts are not coming into contact with the seawater(They are on the side of the casting not in contact with sea water). In that case is any insulation required between the Al bronze and the galvanised nuts? Is this combination of nuts and casting ok?

Thanks and regards

Doesn't sound to me like you have a corrosion concern here. The Zn should protect against atmospheric humidity very well-Zn is quite good because scratches etc. in it don't affect the protection much.

I also don't see any problem with the bronze side either. But all this changes if sea water gets involved.
