Does anyone have a list of the corrosion potential of pure metals in saltwater. I am having a hard time finding values for Ni and Ag in particular. Thanks

Sort of, the table I have just have the relative order of the metals and no electrode potentials. In addition it doesn't list the temperature or salt concentraction. Let us know if it is of any use (it's a long list to type when it's not what you're after.

There is a good FAQ in this section on this topic.

Thanks for the help, but i guess the thing that i am looking for is very specific. I was really hoping on getting actual values for specific metals in a 5% NaCl saltwater solutions.

Trethewey and Chanberlain in "Corrosion for Students of Science and Engineering," page 112, give the fre corrosion potential of Ni200 in sea water as -0.1 to -0.2 Vsce and that of Ag -0.1 to -0.15 Vsce.
