Corrosion resistance 1

What is corrosion resistance of Beryllium Copper ASTM B 197 and Phospor Bronze grade A ASTM B 159, comparing to AISI 302 SS, please? I will appreciate any data on the salt spray test, or similar.

Using seawater, phosphor bronze is rated as being good to resistant to corrosion while Type 302 at ambient temperature is resistant but can be prone to some pitting, especially in wetting-drying cycles. I do not have any info for copper-beryllium.

Beryllium-copper is extremely resistant to corrosion in saltwater, so Type 302 is definitely the least resistant of the three. Type 302 will also be suceptible to stress corrosion cracking in chloride containing environments.
