Does anyone have suggestions about what kind of paint would be useful to avoid dezincification of C360 grade brass in acidified salt spray environment?
Thanks
Brass, being a zinc alloy, may be subject to the same coating problems as HDG. Some coatings form a zinc 'soap' that prevents a proper bonding. Just a guess, but, you might check it out with a coating supplier.
Does the environment also have a component of exposure to ultraviolet radiation? If not, then I agree with suggestion of epoxy coating. If so, then you will need to evaluate some different coatings, because epoxies are degraded by UV.
