Hi there! Don't know if this is an appropriate platform to raise my question, but there is an issue with our newly purchased corrugated pipeline. Due to the pandemic the manufacturer of the machine couldn't provide any of their engineers to help install the machine. The issue is the following:
When molds blocks are changed the corrugator simply fails to run and gets stuck somewhere inside.
Since this technology new for us and we didn't happen to deal with this kind of stuff, I would like to ask you guys to help me out through this. Thank you.
