Cosmetic Thread not Showing up

I have a weldment that is an assembly file. There are multiple parts within it that have taps. If I open up those individual parts, the cosmetic threads are shown. In the sub-assembly file, the cosmetic threads are shown. I go into the drw file and the cosmetic threads do not show up. Threads have shown up on other drw files so I believe there is something set wrong within the file, but I am not sure what it is.

Current Settings:
Annotations folder from Feature Tree: All options checked
Document Properties/Annotation Display: Display all types

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Select View -> Insert -> Model Items -> Cosmetic Threads -> OK
