cosmetic thread texture in 2001 plus?

this is a pic of what i see when i create cosmetic threads...ew no texture. i remember learning SW on like version 98 or so, and i could swear that there were cosmetic threads textures!!! i am now commin back to SW from Inventor and am feeling out the software, so what gives? any ideas? thanx for the help!!!

I believe this was added in 2003 or 2004.
