I have recently been put in charge of a small equipment engineering team and have been tasked with organizing and driving the project management of the team. One of the things I am trying to develop is a standardized format for project proposals, justifications and timelines. One of the things I have not been able to find yet is a well-formed cost analysis template.
The template would include such things as engineering and development time/cost, comparing alternate solutions, etc. Does anyone know of a simple template that I can use (MS Excel or some other wide-spread software preferrably).
