In a multibillion project the VP decided that there is no current budget to report per say, but the project will carry out as final forecast completion (FFCatter).
FFC Catter? can somebody explain this. No current budget?

I've worked for outfits that didn't "need no stinkin' budget".
Most couldn't understand why they couldn't hold on to any of the money that flowed through; big surprise there.

But if a VP says the project _will_ come out as the "forecast" projected, well then, it will. It's like magic.

Better buy some smoke and mirrors.
